Motuti Marae is wrapped in a thick blanket of Maori history. From the traditional welcome you will experience as a manuhiri (Visitor) to the marae, to the carvings on the Whare hui (meeting house) that tell the story of the people of Hokianga; this cultural experience tells the unique history of Maori in Hokianga, New Zealand.
